1. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before course access is granted.

  • We accept payments through secure online payment gateways, including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets. Official Gateway (Razorpay)

  • EMI or Installment options, if offered, must be completed as per the agreed timeline or Offered by Banks or payment gateway. Payment Delays may result in suspension of course access/Order cancelled.

2. Digital Product & Course Access

  • Once the payment is successfully processed, course access and/or digital product delivery will be granted within the stipulated time (usually within 6 working hours).

  • Access credentials are non-transferable and strictly for individual use only.

3. Taxes & Charges

  • All course fees are inclusive of applicable taxes (as per your preference). Any additional gateway charges may be borne by the user, if applicable.

4. Non-Payment or Payment Failure

  • In case of payment failure or incomplete transaction, access to the course/product will not be granted.

  • Users are advised to contact support in case of any technical issues during payment.

5. No Refund Policy

  • Please note, we follow a strict No Refund / Zero Refund Policy. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once access is granted or materials are downloaded, we cannot offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. This policy is in line with industry standards for digital and educational services.
