4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the portal—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, assignments, logos, images, and branding—is the intellectual property of Academy of Event Planning. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access and/or legal action.

5. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made in full or as per an approved installment plan with our authorised Payment Gateway

  • We accept payments via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay).

6. Refund Policy

  • We have a strict No Refund / Zero Refund Policy under all circumstances, due to the digital nature of our products.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

Academy of Event Planning is not responsible for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • Platform access issues due to internet outages or user-side technical problems.

  • User’s inability to complete a course or assignment due to personal circumstances.

  • User’s Practical Events, Internships and Placements.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we believe you have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
